Deposit:
To secure a booking (subject to availability) £10.00 Per Person
must be paid before booking can be confirmed. This is non-refundable. We advise that you take out holiday insurance.
Availability:
All accommodation is offered subject to availability at the time
of receipt of deposit for booking.
Balance:
To be paid in full on arrival.
Keys will be given after full payment has been made.
Payment Methods: Payment can be made by Cash, Debit and all major Credit Cards including American Express. Cheques will not be accepted unless cleared funds have been made 10 days prior to arrival.
Arrival:
2.30pm (Luggage can be left
earlier by prior arrangement. If you are going to be late please inform us in
good time on 01253 346426)
Departure:
10.30am (Luggage can be left if leaving Blackpool later, room must be vacated by 10.30am)
Room Keys:
All keys must be returned back by 10.30am on day of departure. £5.00 charge
for keys that are lost.
Breakfast:
9.15am – 9.45am (Earlier by arrangement only) Dietary requirements can be catered for, please inform prior to
arrival.
Evening Meal:
5.00pm (By arrangement only and must be paid for on arrival. £10.00 per head) Dietary requirements can be catered for,
please inform prior to arrival.
Light Snacks:
7.30pm – 9.30pm (Menu and prices in the bar area) Dietary
requirements can be catered for, please inform prior to arrival.
Smoking Policy: Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises. From 1st July 2007 the
hotel is a Non-Smoking Establishment.
Damages:
All damages to any part of property and rooms will be billed to
the person whose name is on the booking form for all parties.
Belongings:
The proprietors do not accept any responsibility for loss or damage
to valuables and belongings left in rooms and vehicles.
Extra Guests:
The rooms must not be occupied by any other person other than the
person stated at booking. If unauthorised guests are found in rooms they will
be asked to leave immediately.
Respect to others: Whilst you are here on holiday we have no objection to the time that you return to your rooms. However, the proprietors reserve the right to cancel accommodation without refund
if at anytime in their opinion the behaviour of one or more of their guests is in such a way that it disturbs or upsets the
comfort and enjoyment for other guests.
Parking:
The Glenholme Hotel has no designated parking areas; parking in
Wellington Road is available but limited. It is advised that once a parking space has been found that you leave your vehicle in its parking place
for the remainder of your stay if possible. We can supply you with a list of
public parking areas in Blackpool and the necessary parking tariffs.
Tariff:
We reserve the right to change our tariff at any time to suit the
holiday seasons and promotions.
Cancellations:
All deposits are non-refundable. Please inform us within 48 hours of your check in date if you wish to cancel
your booking, if you do not give us 48 hours notice we will charge you for your first night stay for all guests in full, an
invoice will be sent to the organiser
